ABOUT MIKE

When the waves aren't worth surfing (whatever the time of year), you can find me lead-climbing rock walls, pitching a tent in the woods, doodling with a fine-point sharpie, or enjoying a craft beer (although, Miller High Life will do during the budgeting months). 

After receiving my bachelors in Graphic Design, I'm in no rush to sit behind a computer anytime soon. Setting out in our car or on our two feet, I'm psyched and ready for a life outside. Backpack on our backs, it's time for a life of exploring the nooks and crannies of the world around us. 

ABOUT LEVART

Hey gang! We're Mike and Emily. We met in high school, sharing a love for music, playing guitar, singing favorite songs together, and enjoying live music. During college we kept in touch- sending favorite lyrics to one another- but it wasn't until we reconnected after moving back to our hometown in Rhode Island that we realized our life passions and interests aligned completely.

Over cheap beers at a local pub, we agreed that we had to travel far and wide. We want to go everywhere, see everything we can, and build a life of experiences. We love to camp and be outside, drink beer, turn up the tunes, and live simply.

LEVART TRAVEL is a travel, life, and photography journal to document all of the ups and downs this 'life of living' throws our way. 
You don't have to know where you're going- just know that you are. Set out in any direction.
 

ABOUT EMILY

Part flower child, part anal retentive. Lover of spontaneity but also list making and planning. Health and exercise enthusiast with an untamable thirst for Moscow Mules. An intermediate photographer continuing to understand how to balance f-stop and aperture.

I may be a bit of a mish-mash of interests and characteristics, but one thing holds true, which is that I yearn for a life of adventure and experiences. After quitting my 9-5 job in Marketing, I cannot wait to set off and explore all this amazing world has to offer.
